DRIVER REGISTRATION

INFORMATION

The Driver Registration and License Application is required for both the National Compact Touring Series and Midwest Dirt Compact Touring Series. Please take the time to print out this driver reigstration form and bring it to the track along with any fees. The IRS requires that a 1099-MISC (statement of earnings) be filled for any individual paid at least $600. This sheet must be completed and signed with SS/Federal Identification number.

MINOR DRIVER PARTICIPANTS

If the driver is under 18 years of age, they MUST have a minor participant form on file which must be signed by both parents and/or a legal guardian. Minor Participant Form MUST be on file BEFORE any minor is allowed to drive.

I agree to purchase a pit pass and competitor insurance before entering the pit area or engaging on competition and in consideration of the foregoing. I do hereby release, remise, and forever discharge NCTS/MDCTS, and all officers, directors, agents, employees, the owners and leases of premised of which events are conducted, the owners, sponsors, and manufacturers of all racing equipment upon the premises, from all liability claims. Actions and possible cause of action whatsoever that may occur to me or my heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives form every and any loss, damage, and injury (including death) that may be sustained by my person and/or property while in route into and out of premises of a sanctioned racing event or any premised where NCTS/MDCTS events are presented.

I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability and indemnity agreement, and I know and understand my signature on this application form operates as a complete release of NCTS/MDCTS, together with its officers. Directors, officials, representatives, agents, sponsors, and employees from any and all liability, including negligence, and I freely and willingly consent to this waiver and release of liability and indemnity agreement.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

All Members agree to act in a professional manner as determined by National Compact Touring Series Officials. The professional manner includes, but is not limited to verbal representation, social media, text messages, written representation, any representation that may represent the sport of racing and/or motorsports in general and/or any affiliates.

Failure to do so will result in fines/suspension for NCTS/MDCTS events. Severity of penalty will be up to NCTS/MDCTS Officials based on severity of incident.
